We're a slow team getting smashed the other way yet we somehow go slower? If Keath is truly injured just replace him with a runner - its better than the current alternative in playing Otten who can't move.


Remember the last time we picked Otten to play on the MCG to replace a much more athletic player? Yeah that worked out well

Surely if we were replacing Greenwood this was a perfect chance to bring back Jones, Gallucci or even try Fogarty up forward....?

I guess I just don't rate Wilson at all and don't see a future for him at AFL level. On top of that, he'll probably get the graveyard shift and look atrocious and offer nothing because the only spot he can play is inside mid (and we won't play him there)

I reckon Jones has run out of gas, which isn't entirely shocking. Wilson deserves a game on form alone.

do they not get it - things aren't working but they stick to the same plan with basically the same players - its madness.

the season is shot we never fired despite the results tally therefore something is wrong bejesus its not hard to work out.

Bringing in Otten is in Douglas territory - the fact Atkins, Tex and Mackay have safe positions sums up how bad we currently are.

Would have played Butts but Otten has been in form and is good coverage for a week.

Stengle for Eddie....would have dropped Murphy first but eh.

Wilson makes us slower in midfield. Deserves a go but yikes. Matt And Paddy make us slow. Would have brought in Gooch for Greenwoods spot.

I honestly don't know what to make of our selectors/coaching team.

I've probably been one of the biggest apologists for them, but I find what they are doing recently quite baffling. I mean, Wilson had to come in purely on form but Stengle should have stayed in last week and there are the usual suspects that keep getting games purely on reputation. Douglas not getting a run is a good thing but Why the newbies get put in positions where they won't get much of a sniff.

These selections don't fill me with much confidence, not so much because of Stengle and Wilson, but more like who they left in. I think we lose this one.

So that begs the question, why select him? If we are picking him as a mid/forward or half forward, Jordan Gallucci is right there

Apparently Greenwood wants 3 years, we're offering 2. Keath, we are under salary cap pressure and can't offer anywhere near what the Bulldogs are offering. But.. but.. the war chest?!
