Our list state is really starting to concern me. When you look at our selections and our emergencies we are falling off the cliff quickly with no light in sight. Nothing to get excited about and our list management should soon come under fire.
Those following the SANFL suggest otherwise.

I do agree.with the KPDs, however the defence is the least of our issues. So you change like for like.

The rest we could've made 10 changes.

I cannot see it that way. The coaches have been blessed with the opportunity to have a look at a less tall defensive group. Like they did when they dropped Harto for Dmac against Melbourne. No upsetting loyal soldiers, just a genuine opportunity to have a look at a different set up. But they bring back Otten, who is toast. And the singular reason why they did it is because they’ve lost Betts experience from the 22 and they can’t bare to drop below the allowed threshold. Otto will be embarrassed every time the ball hits the deck and he’s required to apply pressure on the ground. It belies belief that they’ve got him back into the side.

Yeah, they haven't got contracts becuase the club hasn't given them one. Not the other way round.

Both players have publicly said they want to stay.

I'm not sure why people need to find absolute negative in everything crows related at the moment.

Well it's damned hard to find anything fxxxxxn positive.

The guy who got coaches votes ??

If you want to look at the Crouches then I'd probably look at his brother before Brad.

Brad has never been held accountable in his entire career, his far too frequent failings have always been blamed on something and someone else. All season long he's defended nothing, created little, and largely jogged around avoiding work. I wish my job reviews sailed by as smoothly as do at the AFC.

If he's leading our B&F it really is a an example for the textbooks on sunk cost fallacy, and lack of objectivity.

Not the reason at all, but you'll claim it.

We lost a tall defender due to resting, something we do now apparently, so you bring one in for a week. Again if he remains beyond the week then sure.

Our defence has held up quite well given what the front 2 3rds of the field have dished up, so keep that structure.

Ok

Selection highlights what I said a few weeks ago, zero creativity or change.

Three players out, three identical type of players in to replace them.

The changes offer no real change to the tried and true formula that Pyke has been running with all year.

Pyke doesn't seem to realise that the midfield and forward structures are a big part of the problem.

No extra small to provide forward line pressure, no injection of speed into the midfield and as for bringing in Otten...... [emoji30]

I have on occasion seen a few efforts where he didn't run two way (loves running towards goal) ... Far far away from being the worst in the team or having a golden ticket.

He is actually a very good tackler (and when he tackles he means it!!!), I think he is just getting more confidence in his body (he was out for the entire year last year) so he can get to more contest to tackle.

He gets coaches votes from both sets of coaches.

They can't see how shit he is?

I imagine Otten was selected despite no matchup just so Talia & Hartigan can do their switch opponent, roll off to mark thing they try to do

I bet you didn't see Betts dropped and Wilson in for his 2nd game though, Ottens is in because we are still in finals contention so we went for experience with Keath managed.

Seriously, I hate to say it, but for the good of their careers I feel like most of our draftees from the past 3 years should be on the phone to their agents to seek a way out of here.
Well they aren’t going to given most have all recently re-signed. Fogarty is being looked at by other clubs but unlikely to go anywhere.

Well if we are planning the late Change of Fog for Tex can we at least give the lad time to prepare for an AFL game and not decide like 20 minutes before the game
Please let this happen, I'd say he would be preparing to play AFL.

He should be.
