Greenwood needs to come in, we were thunderously spanked on the inside today with only Sloane doing anything of value. Greenwood's muscle and reach is the difference between all those easy out balls the Hawks got from their clearances, and earning more ball ups instead.

I know there are calls for Seedsman in, but is he available? I thought he still had another week out?

Hartigan in for Doedee is probably good for Keath - he looked ok when he was free to intercept and rebound in the last, but that first quarter contest aside he let roughead have far too much easy ball in one on ones.

Mackay needs to never play again, ever. Never ever ever. Not even for injuries. Never. Not even an emergency. Never.

If Douglas is out for four weeks, we need to tell him his time in the AFL is over. It's SANFL from here out.

Jacobs. Time for the call. Give O'Brien a stint of at least 21 weeks to see if he has it. If not, Jacobs to retire anyway and we can recruit someone else.

The hardest one. Walker. We all know Fogarty should be playing before him, but few want to say it. The evidence is in, and it's not injuries holding him back. He just doesn't have it any more. Move on and up with Sloane as captain.

After watching that shitshow of a display today mass changes need to be made. Unfortunately we all know deep down that wont happen. If you think Obrien is a better option than jacobs youre kidding yourself. I said years ago he ran like an emu and would be useless. He is just a shitter version of sauce. If we don't win the premiership this year (lol) then we really need to blood a young tall forward otherwise after this year we could spend another 7 years at least without success. One of Jenkins, Tex or Lynch (the worst performer) needs to make way at some point this year for Fog and/or Himmelberg. Our youngest consistently played tall forward is a broken down 28 year old.

The biggest issue facing us is Tex. He's the most out of form of all the senior players, even more than Sauce or Mackay...... but he's captain. Part of me thinks having Sloane as skipper was a contingency plan because we weren't quite sure Tex can find it again.... but we couldn't make the tougher call to take it off him.

Mackay wasn't playing R1 before Seeds injury, and now Douglas is out of the way. Sauce is an issue but even he provided more than the captain.

He is the elephant in the room, and that's not an ear reference

Doedee for Fogarty to reinforce the backline. Really there isn't many options here, so may as well use it as an excuse to pump games into someone. Fog is smart enough to be able to give it a good crack seeing football IQ is what you'd lean on as a primarily loose defender, and that leg is a weapon. Douglas for Gallucci is a pretty easy straight swap (and relatively inevitable too so may as well happen 1-2 weeks in advance), so to Mackay for Seedsman.

I'd also like to get Greenwood into this side, though who I'm not sure on. Maybe Murphy, but I don't particularly like weakening our forward pressure stocks.

We were +18 for contested ball, + 9 for clearances. We got plenty of ball on the inside but did nothing with it.
