Will be interesting if its two in two out. However, i reckon Durrsma prob comes back. Some blokes could also do with a rest too (Boak Gray Butters Hammer Jonas Clurey DBJ all have played all games).

My guess is:

Out - Georgiades Lienert Bonner
In - Marshall Duursma Burton

Next week - Rozee and Houston to find their way in (for Woodcock and Rockliff/Mayes). Farrell be chompin at the bit too.
I'd keep Georgiades in the side and play all 3 big blokes, especially with the expected conditions on Saturday. Mitch, Charlie and Todd up front is a formidable line up.

Since our bye doesn't give a rest a ****en joke really I would rest
Lycett Sydney don't have a ruck Hayes in
Hammer Burton in
Dixon Marshal in
I would rest boaky but don't want to hurt his Brownlow chances.

Probably because Garner is a plodder and Monty rates Bonner ahead of the rest.

Agreed.
I like Garner, nice kick but is one paced.
Bonner isn't explosive but can find space and cut through defence. His kick can be also be a weapon.
Unfortunatley he can lack the intensity and awareness required when the heats on.

If only we could mix the 2 would be a seriously good player.

Just put Lienert on the bloody wing!

He's not a defender and played all his footy at Sturt on the wing. Has height, speed and a long kick. Don't understand all the knockers, offers a lot in the right position.

He certainly isn't a defender and would be better on a wing. Played sensational footy at Sturt and shouldn't be written off yet. Kinda reminds me of Henderson.

So Jonas, Hammer, Rocky and Lycett all doing light training?

I would suspect that would be pretty normal by this time of the season for the older/bigger guys. Especially after the run of condensed games.

I’m not reading too much into it. The Dad’s Army Geelong Cats probably do the same.

Is that Nathan Basset in the prison bars? That is a different look.....

Also I appreciate how Voss still tucks his shirt in and pulls up his shorts, Classic.

I think moving into finals we need to lock down our forward talls.

Some will disagree but I think barring injury it should be Dixon, Marshall and Westhoff.

Westy is the most debatable but his experience and versatility going to finals will be super important.

We all agree the future is with Georgi but his form hasn't been at the level it needs to be. As an opposition coach I would be more concerned about Westy than Georgi right now.

The other option is Ladhams. He's made his own bed and may have cost himself a finals spot but he would be in front of Georgi for me, again for his versatility and his form was better than Georgi's.

The small options are Butters, Gray, Rozee, Woodcock, Ebert and Motlop. That's about the order I have them in.

Heard an interview with Voss on the radio a couple of weeks ago, not so much footy but talked about his life, watching his son play, etc

Comes across pretty well, seems much more relaxed these days, far cry from cRaZy VoSsY at brisbane

It's not 2018 anymore. Westhoff's 'versatility' has all but evaporated. All it means these days is that he can play equally poorly in any position.

Wonder whats going on with Hayes.
Been on the list 4 years now, 21 years old and 12 months back from his ACL.

spoken as no chance by schofield.... what are the knocks??
