People need to realise that if we'd delisted Reidy we probably would've still tried to re-rookie Knobel anyway.

The mistake was upgrading Worner to the senior list or not delisting and re-rookieing a contracted depth player.

We needed Reidy for this situation but he's no good. What happened to Knobel makes zero impact on that situation because he's not ready anyway.

Yes this is a quote from just over week ago from the Gold Coast Suns board re: Knobel on his performance in Gold Coast Reserves.

Another disappointing performance was Knobel. Easy to push out, not strong, can't mark for his life.

Having him on our list isn't going to make a difference this week or last week.

Voss will kick straight eventually, he has a two year contract and I'd expect him to spend all summer taking set shots if his season continues with five shots at goal for one goal scored.

One general play goal, four set shot misses.

If that clicks, good for us. I wish he had been better for us yesterday, but he is 21 and played 8 games.

I have to keep reminding myself, he has a lot of growth in him to come and he is already so far along the road.

If Voss takes contested marks and kicks half his set shots he will look a gun.

Voss has had terrible accuracy since he started last year, clearly he has something wrong with his technique or does he just suffer from nerves. Needs to spend countless extra hours tidying that up or play further up the ground with the directive to kick it long down the line (not sideways) as soon as he gets it.

Voss will be a player. You could even argue he’s performing better than Treacy at the same time in their career.

He needs to be more of a team player though.

Think it was a contracted signed prior to the new rules being put in place. Was probably upgraded because that was the expectation at the time.

Whilst Worner is rubbish it's probably the right thing to do tbh.

I'm in the minority though in having zero issues delisting re-rookieing contracted players that you expect to delist in a year anyway.

I think Reid needs to stay where he is until we bring in 2-3 players like him tbh.

Bolton, Reid and Pickett would be bloody amazing tbh.

Simpson struggles to find the footy as a forward so I can around the HBF suggestion a bit more.

I agree with this actually. Aish can replace Cox and Narkle can be sub. Id personally also replae Banfield but I cant see it happening. I know he was basically negating Blakely but geez his skill errors cost us.

I don't mind Narkle as sub. He is a small forward. Fredrick and Bolton could scare the eagles back 6 with pace

His ball drop is shiiiite and he tries to hoof the skin off it.

We played the young guys that deserved a game. When and if the Peel guys deserve a game then they should come into the side.

You dont know what a Champion team is ... that is sad but understanable when you been following Freo. We have had lots of Champions in our teams over the past 30 or so years. But not once have we become that CHAMPION Team. the Team others Fear to play anywhere any time. Wont win every game but are respected.

Fremantle have yet to earn that respect, sometimes for a part of season , sometimes in one or two games, but each and every season eventually we lose the respect we had built. We fail to pressure applied to us. we fail when for so many reasons.

But a team of champions can rarely beat a Champion team. A team that yes has skilled players , but the players are there for the team first and foremost. Club is everything to all the football players in the squas, not jsut some.

A Champion team is what we want. We have a team of champions at moment . Brashaw and Serong champions. Treacy a champion. Bolton joined us , another champion

Time to reset unfotunalty . Justin has to go , We need a strong leader who will turn this club around. someone not afraid to upset the players with reality of life. Not sure who that will be but Justin seems to not have that ability. He will do well at other clubs with a great culture. but not at Fremantle that needs a change

He should have spent two hours after the game yesterday practising them at Optus, like the subs who have to do the extra running after a game.

It was pretty obvious to me that he was very indecisive and seemed to be looking to pass backwards constantly.

I also noticed, on several occasions, when he would chase an opponent, just miss a tackle and then give up the chase. Even if you're a couple of metres behind the keep chasing hard. It's surprising how many times that tiny amount of pressure can affect disposal. It wasn't only him that I noticed.
