There is no risk or rush but why have guys like Sheridan and sutcliffe running around in the 22 when we are building a team that can actually gain chemistry together and build for the last couple of games for success . It’s not like there is half a season left. If you passed as fit to play and are as quality as they have proven to be then they should come straight in. Even Ross claimed he was thinking of playing tabes. These last few games should be used to see where everyone fits in and who has it at afl level. That’s just my opinion though

Yep. wayToGo_ is right. At this point their drafting over the last 5 years has been poor and it will be a problem for them without luck.
Of course you only need to get lucky once or twice and it's enough. 2017 looking like a good solid draft from them.

Just wanted to point out that some of the hysteria regarding Bennell not being selected across multiple platforms throughout the last couple of days by Fremantle fans has been straight up comical and cringe. The best part was that disappointment being funneled into garbage that was thrown at Ballantyne for being named on the extended bench.

Clearly they don’t. That’s why I quoted those two. Sutcliffe is playing a forward role and clearly tabener could do a better job and create a lot more than him. Bennell poops all over Sheridan. Bennell has been fit and has played 10 games with peel. But these two guys get another game and Create a wall in where we need to be pushing. Creating a 22 that can challenge. You hear again and again Sheridan and sutcliffe are serviceable but they can’t create what bennell and tabener can do even if 50% fit

Not so bad that you can call him a complete spud but not particularly good at anything.

Does anyone here know why Luke Ryan does so much better in home games? His fantasy scores at home are a lot better at home (5 100s at home vs 1 away). Is that due to Fremantle switching the ball more at home and he is the one on the end of those? Or just a young player that is a bit inconsistent?

Pretty much every home game we have been in the contest and won most of the home games at home which is why his score is more consistent and higher at home. It’s probably the same with most of team. Something to improve on is always away games considering it’s just about every second week.

It's early I know but I hope Harley, Tabs, McCarthy plays last 4 games for Freo.

We are screaming out for tall marking targets and it will help McCarthy having Tabs, Cox and resting ruckmen in the forward line. I would rather see that combo for a few games to see how it goes with only walters and Matera as the small crumbing options. (Sutcliffe, sheriden and Tucker to all make way to allow that to occur next week I reckon)

sorry Balla's but I think he should just stay in Peel for rest of season and qualify for finals, in case they make it - would be nice for him to finish with a WAFL premiership if they can do what they did in 2016. Peel will certainly have some Fremantle "talent" qualified for finals if they can scrap in to final 5.

Yeah we dropped the ball in '15. It is pleasing that the hierarchy have learned from their mistakes.
