Media suggesting Mayne out for Pav will be the only change.
Mayne out for Pav makes the forward line way way way to top heavy. Two talls and the 2nd ruck is what you can only afgord. Mayne had moved back to his medium-small role and it helps no end. Now if he can just fix those set shot misses.

I feel if that's the case we will be to top heavy with Hannath, Clarke, Taberner, Smith and Pav in the team. Surely one of the rucks have to be dropped against a team that does not even play a recognised ruckman in the team?

I would go:
Ins: Pav, Langdon
Outs: Hannath, Mayne

If Pearce comes out then we add maybe one of the experienced guys preferably Deboer as he has showed a lot more than the others at WAFL level of late.

Out: Jack Hannath, Zac Clarke
In: Darcy Cameron, Tim English

Oh you mean this year!
Out: Flip a coin heads for Hannath and tails for Clarke.
In: Pav

If Mayne is out then bring in Ed Langdon.
If Danyle Pearce is also out bring in Brady Grey

Exacerbated by Mayne's absence if that's what's going on.Don't want to be short of run against Port and while Tabs and Smith are tenacious and persistent chasers neither is electric.
It's never been Pav's strong suit, while Clarke and Hannath simply can't do it.
Manic Mayne will be missed if it's true.

I think Port will throw everything at us in a desperate bid to keep their finals aspirations alive and run out relatively comfortable winners. Then again, I thought we'd lose to Brissie so there you go.
more likely for them to either kick 5 at the start then it goes goal for goal for the match

or for it to go goal for goal then they kick 5 in the last on tired legs

these two situations make the story of our year

Then after the game on Saturday the penny will drop. Why oh why was it so easy for Port to run the ball out of our defence and where was that link man that's been running the ball so effectively into our forward line, I mean we were only missing Mayne!!

Yeah I'm expecting a run of goals either way, just hope we don't concede 9 in a row again.

Hmmm Ross' latest video (shot this morning)... seems like we are going in with Clarke and Hannath, and might drop Tanner (unless injuries) :( Guess we'll find out within the half hour.

The three practised ruck drills against each other . Maybe Tanner stays in as relief ruck man and Jack or Zac out.
