Club always holds someone back in case of an unforseen late change. A couple of years ago we had to play a guy who'd played SANFL the day before because we didn't, since then we've always ensured that we have someone fresh and ready to play.

Interestingly, it was Martin on that occasion.

I'd get Crouch in ASAP, but I'm also a fan of players being fit and and in form before they are.

Crouch isn't quite at the automatic selection level just yet, but the bar for him to be selected is a lot lower than others, due to his proven potential.

Martin should earn a game by dominating.
Crouch should earn a game by playing a decent game.

Selecting Crouch would pump them up, not drag them down. Have you heard the players talk about Crouch?

I didn't see anything written, but i would assume Van Berlo would be a favourite, or maybe MacKay. We're too quick a team you see, so we can avoid to drop MacKay....

Crouch should come in next week though. Just hope the blowtorch is being applied to the boys and they can feel the heat and they play out of their skins today and we beat freo

Matty Wright is one of the many players we have who chop against Freo

I'd agree with bringing him in and scaring the Purple People Eaters even more.

Wright, Danger, Sloane and Talia...... If only we had Tex right now too!

We need Otten to get his 2009 form back - stop playing purely as a negating, shut down defender, and start being an attacking option.

I only noticed one bad VB turnover yesterday. I also noticed another two from Danger. I then noticed mistakes from pretty much our whole side yesterday. Stop singling out a player because it suits your bias against him.

He's singled out because he suits the facts.
