Kelly on the extended interchange makes me think Otten is an in as the "swingman" who'll start back and move forward when JJ is in the ruck. Kelly hasn't been great and he's the sort of bloke that needs to be playing at or near 100% of his abilities to be worth selecting.

Expecting our ineffective outside runners to be kept and us to lose the same way we did to GWS.

Out : Lynch and Laird
In: Otten Gallucci

Roll on mediocrity
So who exactly are the "effective" fit outside runners we replace them with??

It is, and we are, but even with the injury carnage, I'm amazed that the team still looks half decent. Amazing what one big name plonked at CHF does to the look of the team.

How many other teams with our number of injuries to top end players, could name a side as strong as this?

Sydney?

Easy to whinge but who would you suggest? Injuries have destroyed our elite options

Or his is.

What is ******* wrong with this board. Not everything needs to be a ******* negative.

You’re being deliberately obtuse.

Tex wasn’t injured when he was ruled out. They publicly ruled him out until Hawthorn so he could get work into himself.

When he comes back earlier than scheduled, it’s because someone (probably him) has demanded it.

We will win this game with walker in. Its a massive factor. Its straightens us up and gives us another matchwinner and forward target. Laird is a big out but we can cover him if gibbs goes to hb

A mini league player would offer more run than we are getting at the moment. Hampton or Wilson would offer more than Mackay and Atkins. Even play Milera on the wing. You are right thou the club got rid on slow mids in Wigg and Lyons, but got nothing in return to fill the gap. Outside run has been a big problem and losing players like Danger and Cameron who could run has exposed us on big grounds.
Have no confidence even with Fyfe not playing that we can win this.

Anyone else grimace in fear when the club refers to "high-volume training sessions" because you fully well know those sessions have been overseen by Hass and you're just wondering what's the next injury Tex might pick up as a result? :(:fearscream:
