It seems pretty certain from the events they both agree on that whatever happened wasnt something she wanted as such.

Proving that in a court of law is hard enough when its a slam dunk case, in this instance its even harder. I was honestly pretty (pleasantly) surprised he was found guilty in the first place, even more surprised it was a substantial custodial sentence.

Everyone can have their opinion about it, i believe the victim in most cases and this is no exception.

He's been locked up for a while, was on video feed from prison when the sentence was imposed. Also got no discount for the time previously served under home detention while on bail, very pleased with that outcome.

Nope, he's locked up, has been since the conviction (the third conviction for this offense). The bail was over ruled and he never got out.
