Darcy Fogarty - fine vs suspension

Does anyone else see an issue with Fogarty's elbow to Lever in the Adelaide - Melb game? Solid hit straight to the upper shoulder from behind out of play.
Its a shit act and I'd be happy to see stuff like that get a week - absolutely no place for it on the field. Thoughts?

Remember when the afl had a decree a few seasons back any kind of punch will be a suspension? Didnt last long.

I don't know why they scrapped the 3 strike policy for silly stuff like this though. With a reset for finals added.

You do too many dumb things even if they are minor you really are just being an agitator and you should go.
