Buff Gordon is dumb but not without precedent.

I remember seeing this and thinking "that's kinda weird" but getting used to it (they changed his model for the third game to a more realistic aeging police chief, which at the time annoyed me, but in hindsight it makes sense (although did they have to change the voice actor?)).

I guess it'll be the same here, although it's always a risk asking your audience to make too many jumps in logic for something that just looks cool.

Sure JK is ripped but at his age there is gonna need to be some stunt double/cgi action involved given what Snyder is gonna request.

Not sure I ever expected to see a CGI Commissioner Gordon but im now gonna be dissapointed I if dont see him flip a car with his bare hands.

With Snyder in charge, it will be a grey toned car flipped in the rain in long, drawn out slow motion.

Tbf Snyder can film a slow-mo scene. The Wayne's deaths in BvS was something that did look hella good.

I didn't notice it the first time, but the pearls from Martha's necklace also fell down the hole that young Bruce was falling in. He likes his symoblism does Snyder, nice touch.

They cant honestly believe they explored supermans motivations in any coherent manner lol.

It also feels like a crack at marvel but again they would be wrong about that too. I could be reading too much into that though.

Would be great, they did say they planned on showing a lot of Batman villains so this gives them a reason how do that.

It would be good if they used Grant Morrisons Arkham Asylum as a building block for the story.
David Ayer used Brian Azzarello's Joker for inspiration for Letto's Joker.

I finally caught up on some of my backlog lastweek and read Superman: American Alien and it made me sad that that was not MoS. because that was a f**king great mini series where 6 of the 7 parts i loved and would of been perfect to launch Superman/the DC EU. and actually gave Clark personality which was something i hated about MoS. he was just some random dude then he gets a job at the daily planet with no explanation.
