Not sure if there is any truth to it but I saw someone do a fan pic of Matt Damon as Hush and it looked awesome. Hush would be a great story to adapt as well IMO someplace further down the track once the DCEU is more established.

Hush would be fantastic, I'd trust Affleck to get it right in a standalone. Keep Snyder well clear of anything to do with Hush.

Its because lastweek Damon said he would do a superhero movie if Affleck was the director. so people jumped to the conclusion that it was a done deal and decided that hush would be a good choice.

No, but ive had the blu-ray pre-ordered for about a year now. the next DC animated movie is Justice League Dark. and wonder what Bruce Timm's next movie will be. it should be announced at comic con like he did with Gods and Monsters and Killing Joke the last 2 years.
I get the feeling that a lot wont like it, and most have never read the one shot. im not a big fan of the animation style its done. It should of been more like Bolland's drawings.
Well it could be uploaded in the next week [Just not to KAT since the feds shut it down overnight ] since some copies are in the wild.

There was one in the works by Guillermo del toro for years, it had a script and everything. reports had it ready to be green lit. but then it was stuck for years and Del Toro pulled the plug and walked away like a year ago now. It was Constantine, Zatana and Zatara, Swamp thing, Deadman and i think even Madame Xanadu, Specter and Etrigan were going to show up.
That would of been f**king amazing, i would love a live action Swamp thing. give him his own movie

The Killing Joke spoilers
Im expecting heaps of people who have never read the one-shot to not enjoy the movie as much as they are expecting to. but mostly faithfull to the comic with a few small changes, other then the 30 min prequel they added to make a 75min movie.
Bruce Timm went back to the Bruce/Barbra romance. always thought it was awkward since how they did it and why in BTAS, unlike the Batman/Wonder Woman one he did in JL/JLU
i thought the first 30 mins could of been better, but did its job of setting the characters.
The went further with the implied rape in the movie then the book
The Ghost train was still much worse in the book because it makes you use you imagination more and not showing so many pictures.
The ending didnt feel like in the book where it left it to the reader for if batman killed the Joker or not. it didnt even feel like they hinted he might kill him at the end.
mid credits was a much better choice then doing this

Bit shocked with the additional aspect of the story that they included..I really felt it was uneccessay .
Bruce and Barbara ****ing was a shock
I liked the comic way better I felt this animation was really poor visually, some bits of it however I liked for example the batgirl backstory/plot bit.
I liked with how they keept pretty much true to the source ...

So yeah, DC finally got the notes about not being so grim. Looks like they're going for a lighter tone. Especially with JL. Aquaman looks pretty bad-ass. Enjoyed the trailers. But, as always, just have to wait and see...
They're gonna get absolutely smashed, lol. Well, I mean, they already are. Off to a rocky start defending their choices...
