We've kicked 90 goals and 62 behinds this year, and i can't help noticing that in a few of our games (barring v adelaide) we've had a good margin between goals and behinds (i.e. 15.7 today, 13.4 against eagles)

So is this a good conversion rate? I think it is, but maybe i'm mistaken. if someone could be stuffed finding out what other teams have kicked, i'd appreciate it.

It's definitely a good conversion rate, it wouldn't be impressive if we were kicking small totals like 7.3 or even 10.5.

The fact that we've been able to kick 15.7 and 13.4 with a makeshift forward line is very impressive, can't wait too see what happens when we have a proper structure to our forward line.

Also in the last 3 weeks Geelong, WC and Bulldogs have all kicked a large amount of behinds against us. I've got a feeling that this is because we like to drop numbers back and when you combine that with some good pressure on the ball coming into the forward line it makes it hard for them to be having shots from the percentage areas. Bad kicking has also helped!

I have noticed our opponents inaccuracy in the last few weeks. Not sure what to put it down to, or whether it's simply a coincidence. But here are the stats for the last five matches...

13.14 - Richmond
7.9 - Adelaide
15.21 - Geelong
12.18 - West Coast
15.14 - Bulldogs

62 goals
76 behinds

45% kicking accuracy
