Draft Predictions.

So Adelaide have said they want tall with their first pick but what about if something happened like this:

4. (Port) Vickery
5. (Ess) Hurley
6. (Carl) Yarran
7. (Syd) Mckernan
8. (Bris) Hartlett ~
9. (NM) Sidebottom~
10. (Adel) Ziebell ~

~ = Anything could happen between these 3 midfielders.

If this happened would Adelaide be willing to get a midfielder and then hopefully get a Rockliff / Schoenmakers in the 2nd round ?

What are your predictions for the draft and who do you think we will get?

interesting setup there
and i'd be extatic with either of those 3
i think Carlton taking Yarran would be the biggest surprise of that setup but it's not that mindblowing that they would
if any of Ziebell, Sidebottom or Hartlett are available at 10 i would be disappointed if we didn't take them
we have a good crop of young forwards, so a high quality young mid would suit us nicely.
if we get Rockliff or Schoenmakers with our second rounder i would be equally happy

I am no draft expert at all but feel Chris Yarran is a bit high at pick 6 and if Adam Hartlett was still around at that same pick Carlton would grab him.

Other than that i thing we may pick someone out of left field ala Patrick Dangerfield.

Agreed. So much can be gathered properly from watching live, I tend to not take too much notice of these sorts of things...

However, this thread is nothing more than a mock draft. There's a whole board dedicated to this sort of thing so I suggest you post there instead.
