2 cat b rookies and a pick 61. So you're worried Ogilvie will use a first round pick just because he's a tasmanian? I'm seeing it, if we get him it will be because they believe he is best available.
Not "just because he's a Tasmanian" - but I am a little concerned he tends to overrate Tasmanian talent.

Hardly any substantial evidence that he over-rates Tasmanians over other states & territories.

Francis actually, I like his physical attributes but I'm curious about his foot skills and although I know those tests don't paint the best picture at least they're not subjective.

Not that I don't believe the opinions of those on here...:p
Francis and Balic didn't do testing .... Francis was burnt out end of season and his last 2 months of form was pretty ordinary and Balic had wrist surgery which was an injury he carried all year

Anyone else ? Milera ran a 3.01 20m sprint not elite but not bad but he came into his own in the repeat sprint where he made the top 10. He was also good in agility testing but not elite. As bicks said the skill testing means nothing as Milera struggled in the skill tests but is one the most skilled players in this draft

Harry McKay struggled in speed / agility tests but when you watch him play one of the first things you notice is his sharp movement and agility so the tests are only an adjunct to what you really see

I will say that I think that repeat sprinting is the key athletic test as this is one of the main game day factors that make you a quick side .... Milera would quicken the side up with his repeat sprinting and fast football brain

You do know why Sando was sacked right? (Allegedly)

You really want that running a youth program?

Because his results weren't good enough and he'd lost the players.

Anything else is just rumor and bullshit. The fact that he immediately got a job in a small industry that would know the truth of what actually happens shows you its bullshit.

Grigg was going fine until he bounced out of the team.

Shame it went that way but I certainly understand the coaches losing faith in him if it's true that he hurt himself irresponsibly then lied about it.
Still remember thinking Bounce was the name of a club in Adelaide for a couple of months and assume he got kicked out by a bouncer and hurt his ankle that way - sort of why he avoided telling the club the real story.

Was that much weirder when I eventually found out bounce was just some random trampoline place and he didn't just come clean in the first place about that compared to what I thought he was trying to keep a secret.

It's more real than you'd like to think I'm afraid. Kind of cute that you think that would put the AFL off him

Yep. So dumb on his behalf. But he's a kid I guess. Hopefully he's learned something about professionalism. Looked a class above lacing everyone out when he got a run under Walsh. I'm sure his purgatory wasn't meant to be season ending before Campo took over
