Happened in div 4 as well. Flag definitely wasnt won on the back of 2 players there. Its hard for the umps, sometimes, and this is a guess they just give votes to tge players they know of

Annakis & Scotland did the same thing in 2015. Does tend to be the higher profile players that attract votes.
Haven't seen it anywhere else to be honest. Be like Danger winning the Brownlow with selwood second. McInerney wouldve polled a few surely. Anyway. Interesting to see how they go in div 1, a lot go quiet with even a mediocre tag and a gamestyle of get it and go. Let the rumours for 2017 begin
