Hard Ball Get said:Are these moves official. I spent a bit of time playing on DeSousa last season and he made me look quite silly a few times. If they are done deals massive loss for the Lakers.
My North said:Matty is the EDFL football show coming back on Channel 31 this year??? Maybe you can mention Big Footy on it.
I hope for you sack and my sake that Marby do well and dont choke in the finals like last year. Look out for Moonee Valley, they will be strong in B Grade
geoffhopkinsburra said:garbutt will play only the required 6 games to qualify for finals, but those 6 games will be for big $$$ this is due to his injury problems that play havoc with his job at the force response unit with VICPOL.
AuckMel said:Matty, your brother's looking in very good shape. Can he play?
Rhombus said:Matty, I can't believe you're touting Mo Albadine as a big recruit!
But Keep up the good work champ, the EDFL needs you.
Matty, would you care to have a crack at the EDFL Team of the Decade, say 1996 to 2005.
gazza12 said:thats one of the ones i was refeering to garbutt to marby park
boss said:Matty do you know anything about Tim Harvey? His name seems to pop up in every conversation when I talk to people about EDFL and recruiting! Apparently a very good player with great skills and will be in the top few in the comp.... Any truth?
It must be hard for these kids though, coming up through the ranks knowing that senior opportunities will be very limited at Strathmore. They won the flag last year and have recruited more quality over the summer, it will be interesting to see how many of the u/18 premiership side that are now open age players hang around and how many go elsewhere in order to play senior footy in 2006.The Shev said:Strathmore actually have good juniors, particularly right now with their 18's and 16's. I guess they just aren't patient.
