Maybe he should change his user name to EDFL Reporter? :p

just because he tells old info on this site doesnt mean he knows it all. There are some people on this website that know so much edfl gossip its not funny, but they always seem to hold their tounge

I would be very surprised if the rat left craigieburn, he has done his hard time at the club when they were spending no money kowing that the time would come when he can make his side good enough to have a crack at the flag. I cant see him leaving and the club love him too much to sack him.

the coach at CB is as good as gone. Next year they will improve with matheson and shinners at the top. Both with alot of money and brains. However i dont know if they will be top 4.

It may have, but i doubt it - one minor indisgression that i hear wasnt even gaylards fault - at the end of the day KP seem to be moving forward and Gaylard is the right man - whether Rioli coaches or not, gaylard could do all the work behind the scenes on recruiting etc. which would be great for the club to give the finals a run in 07....

lol, the only finals to look foward for keilor park are the 2008 b grade ones.

The only jobs that are safe at this stage are as follows:

A Grade: Keilor & Greenvale

B Grade: Airport West, Marby, Hadfield, Pascoe Vale.

All other coaching jobs are up for tender, either coaches wanting to move on or clubs wanting a change.

So u don't think Ronnie Rooney is safe at Tulla even tho he got em to the finals EDFL Man, plus i heard he was on a 2 year contract anyway so i think its safe to say he can join your safe list son.

i think your very wrong d-mac.

I mentioned Garbutt in an earlier post, i meant Bakoulous who was possibly injured sorry for the mix up. Mick McGuane who was a coach of A James, gave a speech at the KFC shortly after Gisborne won the flag and swore that James was the worst club person he had ever encountered , Pretty strong words from a former team mate at the Pies, afterwards over a few beers Mick bluntly said he would not let him play at any side he was involved in even if it was for free!. Have never met the fella so it is all going on others opinions, but if he came with no baggage i would love to see him in the red white and blue

nar i think i will just hold some info close to my chest. Also will you play flavel foward this week, im pretty sure that Kalinowski will be following him around in the midfeild or in the foward line. Apparently he did a good job on him last time.

I think the bigger grounds suit Flavel! :thumbsu: :thumbsu: :thumbsu:

Dave did play well on him last time, but so did marby. Not sure where (Flavel) will line up this week, should be another great week of finals football. ;)

4 out of 6 is on the mark EDFL man. GA will not coach Marby. next year and Ash Manning will depart Hadfield and coach Glenroy.I will also predict that at least 14 of the 24 senior clubs will have new coaches.:thumbsu:

Does GA coach marby now?

Thought some other bloke did....

Thought Glenroy were on the right track with JB, clearly there may be a culture problem down there?
(It wouldn't be the only club in the edfl)
the big question is will there players like Powell, Hoystead etc stay at the club under a new face or leave eagle one?

Don't ask me to name them tonight but I will list all the changes tomorrow.I can guarantee there are plenty of coaching jobs up for grabs.

Obviously we have a quiet night at headquarters tonight EDFL man. Will big Jack Ibrahim, Messaike, and Rabee line up on Sat. Also give me your prediction on the outcome of the APW versus Pacco. game

All of those players should line up come Saturday.

What a huge game this will be Airport West Vs Pascoe Vale.

Two young teams which will be a high scoring match, with APW coming off a awesome win can they be stopped? No in my opinion, there young midfield will be the difference, Pacco without Bakker last week showed they really do miss him.
Pacco seem to use Gamble as Mr fix it, who went onto Flavel in the second quarter and had no effect, Green was well held on the wing/onball.
Pascoe Vale's key is there forward line #18 is awesome, took mark after mark and kicked straight, will be one to watch.

My prediction, APW for me. They will be to strong all over the ground with the experience of Barclay and Martin that will be enough and a just reward for eggers. :thumbsu:

Heard a rumour that Ian Denny was named the Senior coach of the year at the AFCA awards at Windy Hill on Monday night. Can anyone confirm that. If the rumour is true then that is a massive feather in the cap of a person who has transformed a struggling club into getting three sides (18's, ressies and seniors)into the finals for the first time in the history of the APW footy club.:thumbsu:

Fair effort Eagle one. :thumbsu: :thumbsu: :thumbsu:

Great to hear the result of Ian's work, it just shows the football community you don't need money to get your just rewards.

I can't speak highly enough the bloke, lm sure APW are keen to sign him up for another couple of years. It's an exciting time for the APW football club and there supporters, l just hope they can get that flag for the great man. ;)

EDFL Man you guys are going along just fine at the moment and I would not in any way try and distract you fellas from participating in a Grand final. However if there are any players over 6 foot 2 who are planning a move give me a call

I can confirm this - Ian was awarded the North West region Coach of the Year in the Senior Division for Australian Football Coaches Assoc.
Michael "Tocka" O'Keefe from Sunshine won the Western Region
