Craigieburn have said that they are going to have a fair crack at the flag next year, but am yet to hear any rumours of signings there. Can any enlighten us or even blatantly make up some lies just to keep us interested.

Rumour Summary:

Taylors Lakes - New Coach Shaun Smith with the likelihood of some East Keilor players following suit, including Grigg and T.Kassis

Maribyrnong Park - Cameron Price, Adam Dalton and Boris Janezic to join the Lions. Simon Minton-Conell and Saul Caddy among others rumoured to make the move.

Avondale Heights - Brad Lloyd to return to Canning St. as a playing coach.

Keilor Park - A number of ex-AFL players have been rumoured to join the Devils, including Paul Koulouritis, Sam Hunt and Anthony Corrie. Shannon Broadbent to Greenvale

Strathmore - Jordan Doering and Ezra Poyas to the Mores with Morrison, Contessa and James to Eltham in the DVFL.

Doutta Stars - Ramsay & D'Orazio may be heading to GV. Carey rumoured to have been approached by Keilor.

Pascoe Vale - Rumoured to have approached John Barker for his services in 2007

Any other rumours floating around in regards to EDFL Moves in 2007?

I dont know the truth to all , but am sure a few are very close to the mark

price to marby - but janezic could be open to a return to smore

harvey - to go back to st bernards

brad lloyd to stay at willy - ah already named coach as harvey little

Just thought I'd stop a bit of rot. Kade will be at Doutta Stars in 2007, he would love to have a run around with the King, and depending on scheduling it may be possible, let me repeat that 'it may be possible'. Ramma, D'oraz, Jimmy Hollow, Joey Laverde, etc etc etc............ do I need to keep going, are all committed to DS for 2007, and Douttas are every chance to keep them all. Let's not kid ourselves, some of them will find out what they may be worth on the market, but they will love nothing more than staying together and go one step further. They have no reason to look elsewhere, as they will want to achieve what attracted them to the Stars in the first place - Success with mates. As we witnessed during the finals series, it was Strathmore 1st - the rest a long way off them. I will only offer my opinion on Doutta. They need a couple of stronger-built bodies for the Midfield and Backline, need to get Kade, and the forgotten man Sammy Tankard some help up Forward. Except for Paul Doc's, Elsum and Simon, (sorry fellas) they are a pretty young outfit of 18-23yo's.

Gee fair question Aussie, we lacked what Greenvale has - body strength, and we had what I think they lacked a little - leg speed. Still a huge job to get over the Mores, but I'm sure both clubs will recruit wisely to have a crack at them. Any thoughts on where you think Greenvale and Douttas need to improve Oz, without a huge cash outlay?

He has mentioned that he would like to enter the Coaching fray, and is keen for whoever Coaches the Stars to have him as a playing-assistant. You never allow loyal Club people to wander away, especially one of DS's finest.

Stumpy, the great man has had a little to do with Keilor Park twos side with good mate Adam Papal at the helm. Good footy brain

Hasn't had any Senior Coaching experience other than at his beloved Keilor Park Cricket Club.

Would be interesting if it proves to be the case, but highly doubtful. GO DEVILS

Strong word is that Pricey,boris and zamykal will be @ avondale in 2007.Word is that 2 VFL players one 23yrs and 27yrs ,3 DVFL have just signed today at breaky.........10.30am seen at Airport West sitting on some new furniture with new president of AHFC, also the 2nds may have a coach who has just won a G/F in the EasternDFL coming over .....sad thing is that they might loose 2 players from 2006 side hint is 2 guys that like to swap from club to club !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...................

Quinn was signed on about 3 weeks ago for next season for $27,000, and this aint a rumour i know it as a fact.

Way too much money to spend on a player at local level. that is almost half what Keilor pay their whole playing group for the year, which is approx $65,000 as written in their annual report. how can one player be worth that much?

I took a look at some of the B grade finals and from what I saw West Coburg & Marby would be 8-10 players short of being competitive in A grade ???

Isn't it great to see a side like East Keilor go down to B grade..Maybe a club that cheats and not show true sportmanship like not coming out at 1/2 time can learn the hard way............To all of EKs supports well done ....Its a pitty that your clubs 1st ,2nds and 3rds coaches should give up trying to coach and a once good side run like it should and stop thinking that they are wannabes......if you keep any of the coachs for the 2007year well my dear friends looks like you will stay in the B's for a very ,very long time............
