You right there the crowd from the Avondale side were calling out Jack's name. Churchill had come up to Jack after the game in the club rooms and told him that some team mates and spectators told him that it wasn't Jack. Don't know if his going to appeal, there might not being any point to it. Apparently it was brought up in the hearing but the bored just ignored it.

How many players this year have been reported for hitting churchill, i know Liam Turner is another...

An interesting observation from the Doutta v Strathmore game from a spectators point of view even though the Mores were well in control all day it seemed that they were getting very frustrated with Joe Laverde and the amount he got the ball.

I must say Joes last month of footy has been outstanding i heard that a few weeks ago the coach put a rocket up the team and obviously Joe has responded in playing some of the best footy he has played at the club Hopefully Joe and the club can finish on a good note against the Oakers this week

Anyway every time he got the ball which was a stack they tried to smack him,late tackle him etc etc and it was quite obvious what there intention was.

So who ever was on him maybe needs to stop hiding in that great side and man up or you might miss out on finals im sure Hille will be awake to that sort of stuff.

I am sensing that there are a couple of players that are disliked in this competition?

Can we get a response on who are the most disliked players in the league?

I am assuming John Tate is a fair chance to be up there as he seems to go from club to club, and who ever is winning or paying the most, you can be assured John Tate is on their playing list? Is this true? I have heard he is actually not a bad bloke ? Is that true ??

Only reason why I am asking is becasue people seem to give it yo john tate? Guys from Doutta's were happy when he got dragged 5 mins into the 1st quarter on the weekend?

J.Tate good bloke who cops it from the crowd each week and thrives on it. Worst thing you can do to Tatey is ignore him. Cannot blame anyone for leaving Keilor and Greenvale.

Think you must have had the sun in your eyes Waxman, should have come over to the creek side and had a look. Laverde played well for DS but I wouldn't have thought he copped any more attention than anyone else. Maybe the fact he actually had the ball occasionally, as opposed to most of his team mates, created the confusion.

Mate no need to be jealous of Rabee mate, his a gun footballer and a champion bloke. He sets a great example to the young kids coming up from the juniors. When I've seen him out with other EDFL players, they just happen to buy him a drink... They wouldn't buy a drink to someone they hate!
