Gotta agree. Ladder position this year has not disappointed me as much as his inability to "draw a line in the sand" at any point in this unfolding disaster and get a positive outcome!
Be it a real hard-nose, backs to the wall, the world is against us traditional Tigers of Old response to all this negative focus or a truly unexpected win or the emergence of an unexpected kid or something!
Just drifting in a leaking boat at the moment!

I think he is too soft on the players, give them a real rev up if the don't responded piss them off.

I know Wallace isn't soft on the players for a fact (a friend of mine is a relative of one of the players). In fact he can be brutally frank to them. Obviously coaching is more complex than we give it credit for. Coaching from the sidelines, like we do on this forum, is infinitely easier.

Nice painted articles on moving a guy forward to escape a tag doesn't paint me with the most confidence, how about getting some of the senior guys in the middle to protect him like other winning clubs would do.
