I think the stewards have screwed up again.
That was a first lap incident and in that gaggle of cars how is anyone expected to know exactly where they are rejoining?
Maybe the stewards think they are driving SUV’s with 360 degree vision.

Bottas’s car smoked from the pits.
Smoked on the warm up lap, twice that we saw.
