Upped the difficulty...heaps more fun, i play better as well. Scored in the 90th minute with Fabregas, and what comes on?

Absolutely brilliant.

This game is awesome apart from the refs, they are disgraceful. I know all about the strict, lenient types etc but it's always the same. Never a free kick for me and i do the same or lesser type tackles to the AI and it's an instant free kick.

I reckon the passing system will be great when you get used to it. Any tips for me, i always know what i want to do, press the right direction but for some reason it doesn't go in the direction i want. Very easily did this on Fifa 10.

Last night I found one thing that was annoying which lead to an interesting anomaly. It would seem that you can't play two BAP's with your virtual Pro at the same time, especially if you have one as a goalkeeper. I started a Be a Goalie one and saved that after a few games. Then I went and changed my VP and started another as a striker.

Then when I went back to load my goalie one it accessed my VP and all of a sudden I was a striker still. Apparently it doesn't save your VP in the save game and just accesses it when you load your save. Bit disappointing.

So I went back and made a new Be a Goalie and just created a new player. This is where the anomaly comes in. I had set both of the BAP's to play for Adelaide United. When I remade my goalie I must have still had the other roster loaded. So now me Virtual Pro is on the same team as my created Be a Goalie.

During the game, my VP is up there doing stuff and "ding ding", he completed an accomplishment. So in conclusion my VP is getting better without me having to do anything.

Loving the chants now. Scored a goal that lead to "aaaaarseenallll" chants. During the game right now they're singing "1-0 to the arsenal, 1-0 to the arsenal!"
Excellent stuff.
I want to get the "OH! DYNAMITE! ABSOLUTE DYNAMITE!" commentating when Fab scored against Tottenham a while back.

Oh, and even though I hate it now, just for effect I got the Kasabian fire song (which only plays that annoying part on gameday at half time).


By the way. I never get ****ing free kicks. Had like 6 injuries as well, terrible challenges. 5 games in and no free kicks. STOP INJURING KEY PLAYERS AS WELL!

The chants are awesome! really adds to the atmosphere and its almost as if you are watching it on tv

and youre injuries... well thats just the realism of it! is cesc and wallcott injured? after my first game i saw in the news feed that both of those players were injured and will miss several games.

Absolute heartbreaker just before.

First leg of the Carling Cup semi at home, went down 1-0 to United, meaning I had to stage a minor miracle at Old Trafford to make the final. 4 minutes in, Berbatov scored, and I'm all but ****ed. A breakaway from Jermaine Beckford,as well as a lucky finish, gave me hope, and then just before half time, Arteta hits an absolute belter to give me the lead on away goals.

The whole second half I'm under seige, shot after shot being taken, and Tim Howard, who had been struggling lately (or so the assistant coach told me), was having an amazing game. It gets to stoppage time, and it looks like I've held on for a famous win. Then Carrick plays in Fletcher. Fletcher to Rooney, and then back to Fletcher. Fletcher with a blocked cross that falls just outside the 6 yard box, and getting there first is........that prick Ryan Giggs. He taps it in, they dog pile on him in the corner, and to passes after kick off I've been robbed.

Oh and I remember why I don't play online. 3 games, 3 leads, 3 quitters. No thanks.

has anyone turned handball on in the game settings??

i did last night.. 3 handball penalties in one game. switched that shit straight off.

So turn it on to "Except penalties".

Gameplay is fantastic although i am experiencing some freezing when a goal is scored. (it will freeze for 4 seconds then contiune on, has anyone else had this problem?).

I've had a few hitches every now and then. It's quite annoying, haven't had it in game yet though but it's happening every so often in Arena and on the menu's.

You got me there, it is realistic that all the key players injure themselves as soon as another one comes back from injury. Then again, us signing a good keeper isn't realistic.

Yep, in fact if you look at the power bar there are two white marks that will tell you the optimum power for passing to that specific player. Definitely helps when you get used to it more.

Haven't seen the two white marks, which is probably an indication of being so caught up in each game.

Go to the lobbies and go to My Country, has all aussies in there and the games ive played have had 3 green bars so no lag.

I'll give that a go but yeah carn't find a single game. Be it head to head or pro team game. Can only play online if i send an invite to a friend.
