Going off a thread in the drafts and trades board off of BF and Nicks BB thought would be good to keep track on BF over future possible FS selections.
Some are a long long way off and may or may not even play footy but it is interesting to see what FS' in the future may hold.

Would be good to get some ages to see how far off some potential players may come into the club, and if we will get a rush of them or if they are fairly spread out.

A sticky would be nice also mods.

Isn't Daic's young fella a Carlton supporter?

We've some work to do there.

TRS has a good thread going about all these blokes I think, he has some more indepth details listed about some of them as well.

On a side note I only realised today that Bristle Taylor only played 97 games for us, kinda sucks because I think one of his young blokes coming through now is pretty decent.

Ah k anyone got a link didn't see it should merge them both and sticky it, so we can keep it up to date.

Jett, Ayce and Levi are a bit bottom aged, but enormous upside. Ayce tho has to stop pooing his nappy.

I say throw 3 year contracts at them now, before far north Haverbrooke offer them deals.

Good thread by the way Loki.

Just so you know.;)

Yeah thought it would be an interesting veiw to the future.

Ages would be good to see what drafts and if any will becoming together at the similar time.

Pretty sure Josh Daicos is turning 11 and Nick is turning 7 .
Also I think Choco's eldest is round 13/14.
Darcy Moore is around 14/15, so he should be on our radar from what I have read he is looking the goods.

I wonder if the club would allow us to attach electrodes to ex and current player's balls, just to see if there's any prospect of procreation and progeny.

We can break the news first on bigfooty and get some early shots in the womb.

My mail suggests that Ogdenville are the ones that are really hot on their heels, but apparently they've already turned down an offer from Brockway.

The Callum Brown info is handy, didn't have that. How old is he, loki04?

Not sure all that came from Johnson#26 thread off NicksBB just copy pasted the list , thought I'd see if people on BF had more info and make a more detailed list. Not much interest in it by the looks.

Here's the thread :http://www.magpies.net/nick/bb/viewtopic.php?t=51109

Brown has 2 boys iirc.

I know there is 3 - 4 FS' about 3 -5 years off draft age, so we will have some coming through under Buckley.

To be fair, we've had a thread going on this very topic for nigh on 3 years. Most, if not all the info you would have seen on BF's Drafts and Trading board would have been taken from it, and the stuff on Nick's was at least built on it. Here's the link to Future Magpies Watch '10. Here's the link to the post in FMW09 which first starts to list F/S prospects.

Ned McKeown and Darcy Moore are the ones who are playing rep footy, so they'll be well and truly on the radar but Darcy in particular is a whole 4 years away. Ben Monkhorst is playing for Eastern Ranges U18's this year, so hopefully he'll acquit himself well. Jackson Starcevich played U16's for Queensland last year, so it will be interesting to see his progress in WA now that Craig has returned home to a High Performance Manager job with the WA U18's side.

Wasn't there a move to make it 50 games to qualify.
Yeah, and Adrian Anderson said he thought it was a great idea, but it hasn't been implemented. Jordan Taylor will probably be playing with the Cannons this year.

Isn't Darcy Moore suppose to be 1 of the Picks of that Draft Class?

Dave - It makes no difference how good he is when he's only 14 years old. He might not grow another inch from now, which would prevent him from being the same footballer that he might have been projected to be at 14. The guy who will be the #1 pick of that draft class may not have even taken up footy yet.

It's really not worth talking about players who are so far off.

Fair Enough - A Lot can happen in 4 years to a Kid who is still Developing
