Need to make 3 national draft selections, After the rookie and national draft you need to have 40 on your senior list and 4 rookies

Isn't it minimum 38 on senior & maximum 40.

If you have. 38 senior you can have 6 category a rookies

40:4

Everyone gets 3 category b rookies maximum
