Saw Taylor but missed Chesser and Roberts. I only did a quick glance. Better than I thought on first lookHey? Matthew Roberts, Zac Taylor, and Campbell Chesser are in most Phantom's top 20s and KM has them all available at our first pick.
Just posted this on the main board, and thought I'd post it here to see what people's thoughts are re: draft order -

Is the main reason I dont have him as high as others, is going to need plenty of workI’m with you, his kicking looks very ordinary.
Conway isnt good enough to be taken at pick 22 for mine, would hope hed only be getting considered at 32 or 34.My personal opinion is that Geelong have been crying out for a dominant ruckman for a long time. Ottens was recruited to the club and so was Barnes. King was probably our best developed ruckman in the last 30 years. If Conway is considered the best ruckman in the draft pool and he is a local, I reckon we will pick him. I know the quote from the club is all about midfielders but they could fill the other spots with them.
22 - Conway
30, 32 and 34 mids.

Knightmare has us taking Conway, Alleer, Sheldrick and Lord.

I can't see it given next year's draft crop has some really good key position talent.
Only way I see it happening, is if Neale has already given an indication he wants to go home (no more WA players if that's the case!) Otherwise, I could see us doing it with one of our picks in the 30's - but not with 22 (24)

Why I do not disagree about the crying ... do we draft him after bring in Ceglar? Id consider him but only if he fell to our later picks to be honest.
The best ruckman in the draft is Mac Andrew and he'll be long gone before our first. Next year's draft is rumoured to be very strong for talls, I'd rather wait another year and see how Neale/Tsap go before bringing in a ruck from a weak draft for talls.
I'd love Brown just for the romance.
Even Breuer.
Ceglar and Stanley and most likely Blicavs will be gone in 2 years time. Gives us SDK, Tsapatolis, Neale and Conway going forward for the rebuild.
Is Sheldrick the lad who towelled up the number 1 pick when they went head to head earlier this year?
Yep, forgot Lord and I posted about him a while ago. Never seen him play mind you. What about Alistair Lord - a Geel Brownlow Medalist - that trumps Brown and Breuer
Its like a Royal Routine against a pair of 2s
For those that followed this years talent closely, which players have elite speed and are damaging by foot? With a bit of class.
