Roberts can find the ball but his disposal is so much worse than it was last year.

As for Rampe he is a shadow of his former self. I think he only got something like 10 disposals today as well.
Rampe is doing his job in general - and still doesn't get beat easily one on one. He will never rack up big numbers anymore, but he has moments (like in the last was it) where he makes really important calls. The end is nigh, and maybe with a fully fit list that could come this year - but he'd be close to the last bloke I'd be dropping out of an already unsettled back six. Don't underestimate the importance of experience and leadership down back, which we know he brings spades of.

Was wondering the same thing.

He was probably earmarked to be subbed off for Florent if we didn't activate the sub through injury

I think so which also suggests that there's concerns over his tank

Omg SCG take note the surface was horrific it was spongy and slippery not a good way for a night spectacle.

Thank God we won cause it was a nightmare to get into the ground as the barcode scanners were cooked.

Game turned when Silvagni went off.

We are a 3 man team ATM
What on earth is going on at the SFS/SCG this season. Yes its raining a lot, but the SFS was a disgrace last night for the Women's origin game, and the SFS has been horrendous every time pretty much this season. Its simply not good enough.

Sydney their own worst enemy think that will be the 3rd and 4th suspensiion for a bump totalling probably 10+ weeks.
Melican 3
McInerney 3
Amartey (3+)
McInerney (1+)

Paton had some absolute shockas in reserves today. Buller looked ok, better than McLean. I'd go with your later suggestion.
No to Paton. Was absolutely anonymous last week - just plain awful. Buller at least brings a little more balance to the forward line. Suspect Maclean will get a reprieve with Amartey missing at least one, if not more.

Good on Voss for having a melt over the out-on-the-full decision that led to Heeney’s goal.

He knows he’ll cop a fine for it - but sometimes the melt is still worth it.
I did laugh at the Channel 7 commentary team making it sound it was a guaranteed goal as a result. Sure it was a dud call but fair dinkum, on a night like tonight it was some finish to make it a goal haha.

I think it was his worst of the lot. Better in the second half, but the 1st half was easily his poorest half of footy.
He was so much worse last week against Essendon to the point he cost 4 goals off his own boot let alone forgetting to go with his players. This week don't think he cost much off his own boot

It was ugly, it was turgid at times, but it was a win. Don't care if we have 3 more bog average performances like that before the bye if it results in at least a couple of wins, just to keep our season alive. But it would be nice to remember the game starts in quarter 1, and that we are allowed to play more than one good quarter of footy in a match.

I would pay thousands to have Leigh Montagna removed from Swans games
