Hawks had plenty of height last week in Everitt, Hay, rawlings, Loats, Stone, Cox and Graham. Add Thompson and they are difficult to match up with only Gaspar, Hall, AK, Staff and Richo.

Hawthorn may drop a tall (Stone?) for Thompson.
Richmond should bring in Vardy and /or Schulz to help.

Even so ; if our midfield gets the edge their height shouldn't matter since our goals are shared around the runners.

They will have Crawford and Lekkas on the ball ; Vandenberg back and possibly in the middle.

reason I think we'll win is : our team is good through to the 22nd player - hawks fall away a bit around player 14. our midfield is running hot. Haven't said that often.

But we could struggle : if the fatique and the 5 day factor affects us. And if there talls outnumber us. It's up to Richmond to limit the quantity and quality of the supply to the tall hawks.

All we need is for the football God's to smile upon us with a persistent but light drizzle throughout the match. Enough to make marking difficult but light enough not to tire our legs out!
