CJ’s quad can’t be too bad, he was in full training with no strapping yesterday by the looks of the social media pics.

Apparently he can do everything 100%, except kick with his injured leg.

Hopefully back playing round 8, though maybe 9 is more likely

Similar to Tom Mitchell then? He broke tibia and fibia, get around the young lad Hawks.

I recall Jason Snell for Geelong doing something similar at the MCG against Melbourne in 2001.

Involved a broken ankle and both bones - but the fracture was compounded.

Had to have his ankle fused and couldn’t run properly afterwards.

Hopefully this isn’t as bad for Sammy. 💔

This is starting to look better with a few being tests to resume.

Looks like the afl side will be back to basically full strength in a week or two (ex the season ending injuries).

Will be good to see CJ and DGB back out there soon.
I have no confidence in Lewis being back on the track. Treating it as Birchall Mk2.

FIFY.

Doubt we will go injury free in the next 2 to 3 weeks.
New ones seem to be popping up regularly unfortunately.
