You say that in jest but if I brought up Essendon v North rnd 1...I know exactly what excuses I'll hear.

They wont win a final, still yet to beat anyone in form and their finals record lately speaks for itself.
Good post.Don't be defensive. "You" won't beat Freo, Hawthorn or Swans in the last two weeks if they're fit. Nor will you beat Port in Adelaide. I'd also have Collingwood and Geelong just ahead of you, though Geelong are definitely losing their mojo. If Essendon can get some form going they'd be 50/50. I'd back Norf in against everyone else, well if you were to play them at Eitihad that is.
Well of course the umpires always look after us. We always have the majority of fans making all the noise, and the AFL knows it is in their best interests to look after the financial powerhouses of the competition. They can go all the way with the umpires in their back pocket like last night.

You smashed Adelaide before our game then smashed Freo after our game. Hardly poor form. I wouldn't mind a rematch though, haven't played you at Etihad in a while.I know you're being Sarcastic, but we did lose to GWS as well in terms of form line.
If we played North next week I'd back us in comfortably.
Agree with this,we are not a top 4 side at the moment but for me we must at least win a final this year. This is what I'd be hoping for. And being competitive in our last (losing final) match for the season.
Experience in two finals, and winning one would be great. Hoping for 5th or 6th to ensure a home final in week one, assuming of course that we do in fact make finals.
They just aren't that good. Is their midfield better than that of any of Geelong, Hawthorn, Freo, Sydney, Collingwood or Port? What about their forward line or defence? I'm not sure they match up with any of those teams in any areas.
You're kidding yourself if you think Port will beat the Swans away, you really are. I'd like to see Port beat any of the top 4 away from home.

He was listing winsDude he did not say that Port WILL beat the Swans away, he was just listing their next 4 games, one of which is against Sydney away.
So the Melbourne crowd could see it.Hi shinboners.I was wondering why you wore the indigenous jumper again this week?
It does look alright so are you going to wear it more often?
They weren't six goals down.
Might make semis but not good enough to make prelim.
If they finish top 4, their opponent in QF will be licking their lips.
