I deleted Facebook a year ago and linkedin still gives me requests to connect from people I have only whatsapped.

that was earlier I think and was due to complexities around jurisdiction (federal employee vs state) I think it was sorted out that they would get vaccinated, but am not 100% sure.

how about we confine it to medical issues hey (well sex change is medical but I'm one of the luddite type who thinks sex change operation is something that should be barred to anyone under 25)
but equivalent medical issues where this does come up not infrequently
- use of contraceptive pill
- adolescent wanting medical Hx kept confidential from parents

(and a less frequent extreme one)
- blood transfusion where parents are jehovah witness but child is having life threatening trauma needing blood, medical can get urgent guardianship order to administer blood against the wishes of parents to save life of child who has not had opportunity to choose if they want to follow JW beliefs
