There's a great monologue in the TV show the Newsroom, concerning republicanism:

And I have to have such a stunning inferiority complex that I fear education and intellect in the 21st century. I'm a traditional conservative thank you very much. Rude and disrespectful Socialists who can't control their emotions, partake in ad hom attacks, compare Trump supporters to primates etc inevitably find their way on my ignore list.

The Sami are originally from the Urals, not Finland, so it's incorrect even in that case.

The only truly "indigenous" in Europe in that sense are probably the Basque, descend from pre-Indo European farmers.
