Its Time For Trigg To Resign.

Agree that Trigg needs to resign. I also feel very sorry for Sando and the other coaches who will pay the price for the administrations incompetence.

The full horror of Tippetgate will now start to unfold with Walker out. If we get pumped by the Hawks then surely the pressure will be on for Trigg to go. How can he look any of the coaching staff in the eye or hold them accountable?? He lied about a secret agreement! His word will mean nothing. This glaring double standard is likely to be very devisive to the club I love. :(

I'm still holding out hope that the club will tell their side of the story to us like they promised me,
side note, Easter bunny brought me some eggs this year, hoping for something good this year from Santa too.

Harper returns

Bock gone

You almost forgot - we were compensated for this, and in three seasons the guy we traded for has played 11 games. Poor choice or poor development? It's one or the other AFC, no getting out of this one.

Davis gone

Remember when he was the Rising Star nominee and Neil dropped him the following week. For who? You guessed it, Bock. Good times.

Gunston gone

This one really stings. For some reason, this guy could not wait to leave us.

Rendell given the arse

And guess where he is now? The club who has made a habit of routinely handing our asses to us in September. You couldn't make this stuff up.

Tippett goes for nothing

Are you saying we didn't even get a second round draft pick for him? Those damn private emails never work out, especially when they say "please delete this email."

3rd party payments scandal

I'll never eat a Balfours pie again.

Lucky we can afford it. Can't we?

Draft picks taken away

It doesn't matter because we picked up Crouch, remember?

Trigg suspended

We are all about second chances at the AFC, unless your name is Rendell, and your boss is Trigg.

Harper suspended

I didn't notice.

Bailey suspended

Does this mean Doc Clarke has more responsiblity? Let's hope not.

Walker knee

When Harper was quizzed on whether Adelaide's season was over tonight, he said "Well, maybe it is." Good to have you back, Phearless.

This noise is only going to grow. And well may it.

Crazy that we've kept Trigg on. He has DECIMATED this club through his actions. The missing draft picks are one (HUGE) thing but we should never have thrown Rendell out the door. We'd either knowingly employed a racist recruitment manager or it was a misunderstanding over wording and we should have backed him up. Instead we cast him aside to please Vlad and hand him on a platter go the Pies.

Rendell was the one guy who may have been able to find some gold in the dirt pile that is our 2012/13 draft lot...

Did anyone see the way Kochie handled that AFL website blunder today? Demanded an apology and a "please explain" (via social media, to ensure the publicity), and the AFL responded almost immediately with both a public and private apology. As trivial as this might sound, Koch rightly picked this as an unloseable battle for Port and a perfect opportunity to use his profile, the public sphere and social media to demonstrate that Port is not a club to be messed with, and is no longer a club that will be the butt of jokes. (I liked the "please explain" too. Giving the AFL a taste of its own medicine.)

Could you imagine this ever happening at Adelaide?

Meanwhile, we don't have a CEO for another eight weeks, and our current team's off field profile and clout leaves a lot to be desired.

Koch is an intelligent man and knows this season is an opportunity to be seized on. If we are not really careful, Port - a basket case less than 12 months ago - are going to go past us at a rate of knots off the field, and maybe on it too.

Trent h, Neil Craig, massie on franklin, disasterous training program's, serious injury, soft
Football, blown finals campaigns, poor trading, no father/sons.

Minimal highs and massive lows.

Ha ha vintage harper, what a hack...and some wonder why some of us are going
To turn the tap off until we see real change..

On field they already have

You would have to say port are going into the Adelaide oval venture in the best shape
They have been in the last 5 years. For us, we will be in the worst possible shape.
To be honest, i couldnt give a stuff anymore. The afc boys club has gone from abit of a laugh
To a immovable, incompetent, amateurish beast.

iIt would be interesting if you could put a dollar value on what trigg and co. have cost the club.
My guess, in the millions.

Look, I love to kick Triggy as much as anyone but we haven't lost any members from last year, in fact we may have gained some. Sponsors have dropped off, corporate match day are still in and around and the fine was picked up by Rob Girrard.

On field this has hurt and will hurt for a while yet. Off field, it hasn't made any finance impact and if anyone walks away after thus season, they are nothing but bandwagon hoo hars.

Hey mate, if you have any other ideas how we can force change at this club I'm open to suggestions. A lot of us have a feeling of hopelessness with how the club is being run. The 19th man campaign has become an absolute farce considering how little trigg, chapman and the board think of us. all we are to them is the cash cow who can be squeezed of cash and disrespected.

Mate, I'm all with ya, lets kick him to the kerb but facts are facts. Members haven't dropped off and sponsors are still on board.

Until sponsors and members stop paying up, changes won't occur. We are just a massive cash cow to the SANFL and have been sating as much for 15 years. We return a nice profit to the SANFL every year, that's why Triggy was kept on, unlike Hayeman who cost them money and was sacked as soon as they could.

Lets get rid of him but let's kept facts correct.

hard to argue against this. No one could rightly say the club handled relations with their members well through this saga. Our club still believes we did nothing wrong but can't/ won't explain it. The first step to redemption would be for Trigg to come clean on the whole sorry mess. I think they thought it would all go away with on field success. What they haven't counted on is how much the sh@t will stick if we continue to fail. The backlash on the club will be enormous.

No worries mate. Any suggestions as to what we can do? Im starting to have a problem with my family and I forking out a couple of hundred dollars every game watching our boys struggle while trigg sits back counting his pennies And complains about being persecuted.

The 19th man thing is beyond a farce. Even in token PR exercises (like where we were asked to pick the clash jumper) we were completely ignored. The least popular jumper was quietly picked and the poll results were quickly discarded. All of this from a club where the CEO can label it's supporters pathetic (for being right) and still expect us to all pay up. It's hard to imagine a club treating it's members with more disdain.
