No worries mate. Any suggestions as to what we can do? Im starting to have a problem with my family and I forking out a couple of hundred dollars every game watching our boys struggle while trigg sits back counting his pennies And complains about being persecuted.

Pray that members get a vote when the licence changes hand and the members then do the right thing and vote him out.

Not sure what will come first, gay marriage in Australia or Trigg getting the flick. Both look a long way off.

The 19th man thing is beyond a farce. Even in token PR exercises (like where we were asked to pick the clash jumper) we were completely ignored. The least popular jumper was quietly picked and the poll results were quickly discarded. All of this from a club where the CEO can label it's supporters pathetic (for being right) and still expect us to all pay up. It's hard to imagine a club treating it's members with more disdain.

It made my stomach churn when I read that Trigg got a standing ovation from the supporters at the season launch. Sadly there's too many of our supporters who are ignorant and insular to know any better and the boys club down at the club has been allowed to thrive because of this mindset.

Trigg was serving his suspension at the season launch and wasn't there at all.

I suspect the standing ovation was at the AGM, but I believe you have to be either a Stonecutter or the relation of a Stonecutter to get into our AGM, or Members Information Session.

And as a final insult he squandered tens of thousands hiring top QCs for the Tippett hearing, only to bend over, plead guilty and take whatever punishment the AFL dished out anyway. Here's a hint Trigg, if the strategy is to turn over the books to the AFL, admit guilt and then beg for mercy and take what you get, Dennis ******* Denuto can get you just as good a result. Even the club's handling of this was wasteful and incompetent.

Like it or not that is the reality if the situation. You would have to be a complete ignorant moron to think that we will not only improve enough to catch up to the competition but surpass them in the next couple of years without access to talent. This will take us to 20 years without a GF appearance. At the moment the only teams that haven't made a GF since 1998 are freo, Richmond, western bulldogs and the start up teams. That is some great company Triggy has lead us to being with.

This in and of itself is actually the worst thing for me, even with the staggering incompetence and negligence that put our club in the position it's now in. To call for supporter feedback on something like a clash Guernsey and then spurn that feedback because it's not the one you wanted is staggeringly arrogant and reeks of hubris. You can't pass off deliberately ignoring the supporter base as a simple misunderstanding, you have to do that intentionally, and when you treat the supporters as an inconvenience rather than a priority, your head is in the wrong place.

When a CEO begins behaving like a Dictator, it's time to find a new CEO.
