Brisbane have delisted Broc McCauley. Can only assume it was a brain fart. We should be thinking about him as back up to Jacobs IMO

Definitely, if Maric leaves we will be in serious need of a mature aged back up ruckman, a role which Broc could definitely fill. Is extremely athletic for a bloke his size and showed this year that he could play at the level, shocked to hear he was delisted.

Alex Carey?

Cornes asked GWS CEO Dale Holmes if he has been "released" and Holmes said that he had.

I know he has had hip problems so is that the reason?

Anyone know?

Have no idea.On the Port board someone said he's going back to cricket.

Just an average player. Poor footskills and slow.

Would think any of these players could play the Jack (The sook) Gunston role if drafted. Couple of good upcoming mids in there as well...Wingard:cool:Crozier...some very interesting write ups. Will have to go back to Pyro's vids to see if there is some vision.

Looks good as well, maybe out of the spotlight a bit...good call, would think the WA clubs would know a fair bit about him.

Very strange move by Brisbane, you'd think they might consider delisting one of McCulloch and McCauley (perhaps to avert confusion) but both? Surely they must be confident of signing another ruckman, or keeping Clark.
They will push and push and push for Tippett in draft week, but I think they are very confident in confirming a deal to get Zac Clarke.

If you are looking for pace :thumbsu:

Are these sons of?

Roger Murdoch and that Woodville player (Steven I think) Jacquier.

Yeah Matthew is the son of Steve. Was initially going to get a contract with GWS as a 17 year old but got injured I believe. Good player with a nice pair of hands. Reliable shot for goal. Just needs to get his fitness up and put on some muscle. Worth a third rounder I think :thumbsu:

Jordan (and Brodie next year) are the sons of Roger Murdoch, the ex-Norwood footballer.

So only one midfielder and no small crumbing forward? Cue NTRabbit.

Clubs position might be to hold off on the broom until Burns or whoever has had a chance to see the list for a season. Would like to see more than one mid picked up though.

Definately should take a mid with our 1st pick and if Renshaw from North is still available when we have our 2nd pick we should take him. He can play ruck and forward and is still growing.
Does any one know what's going on with Stefan Jarman?
Is he injured or playing school footy instead of with North's under 18s?

I agree on Renshaw from North this kid has a lot to learn but with the build he has it is workable, he is a thinker on the field, hard at the ball he's second and third efforts are really good too
