Are you actually the Herald Suns Lauren Wood posting under the "Goggin our Best" title? Wasn't it that muck raking oxygen thief who suggested the disappearing act on the MCG and that Dangerfield and Smith left at 2.30pm with Snoop Dog.

And I said, "if you're too young to remember the tigers of the 80's I can tell you this. If they start winning flags they will destroy all clubs when it comes to worst supporters"

Meh, boring. Im sure the political correctness police in headquarters approved today.
He looks to have a very lean natural frame. Will really have to hit the gym and diet commitent harder than some others to get probably to the point he needs to.
Will also help his body adapt to the loading and huge forces required on a ruckmans lower limbs, which i maintain is the most demanding in the AFL and why so many rucks early into careers struggle with lower limb injuries.
I would almost make it a conditioning goal for a first year ruck to manage minutes in VFL and give them a huge conditioning block extended past pre season up to the conclusion of rhe first half of the year.
Ruckman are a huge bash n crash role.
For example... Running places aprox 2-3 times our body weight thru the lower limb.
Jumping places aprox 4-6 times our body weight thru the lower limb..
So imagine a 206cm 100+kg ruck, having 500-600kg of force thru the bones and ligaments in their bodies across games and training that they are not used to sustaining at such a level.
Imo its brutal for a young lad and takes alot of conditioning

Well I’m sorry you personally find it boring but I think the fact that the mods were all over this a lot faster than the Kim Duthie/Ricky Nixon costume might tell you it was a little more controversial.

If it gets bad, you can report comments that are posted a PM which admin can then take action if required
I've had to do that myself after handing out an infraction to a troll - they opted to go off about things & get personal, so a short holiday turned into a much longer one
