Nineteen-year-old Essendon rookie, Rhys Magin, has been upgraded to the senior list following the season ending back injury to Jason Winderlich who has been placed on the long-term injury list.
The 180cm Magin was an emergency for Saturday's game against Richmond. He was taken by the club as a 2007 rookie selection.
Meanwhile, captain Matthew Lloyd, needs just six goals to reach 874 career goals, which would take him into equal eight-spot in the all-time history of the game, level with Peter McKenna.

, the last thing we need is another kid to slow his progress with an injury. Best of luck to the kid if he plays, its always good to give the kids a go
