My three changes
1. Replace Sando...his message isn't getting through.The new coach factor has dried up to expose his lack of match day inventive.
2. We need a Ruckman before the Sauce bottle is empty.
3. Cull or trade instead of signing mediocre players on long term deals.
Not to mention another 2 years for Sando.
