Lol "aggressive list transformation"

Taylor Walker being told there isn't a place for him would fit that category.

Courting offers to take the final 4 years of a seriously cooked Rory Sloane of their books would fit that category.

"Kyle Hartigan asks to leave" lol.

Most exciting period in their history isn't it?
It's amazing that they are more up and about than we are! (and were before last week).

Propaganda is a very powerful drug!

There’s spin, completely unbelievable spin and then there’s crow spin. The fact that they know it’ll go unquestioned in SA arguably makes it worse because they don’t even have to try.

Absolutely. You only have to read the comments from the masses regarding Crouch to St Kilda. They now insist the Saints trade because Brad doesn’t really want to leave so will re-sign if a suitable deal isn’t done.

More spin that Murray Walker

Following yesterday's announcements the Bad Couch and Cardigan denigration has kicked off with glee from their battalion of ambassadors

Lord Zempilas has been talking about how he's going to fit in all his media commitments with the cutting of ribbons and handing out citizenship certificates, and mentioned this:

But it was his comments regarding the future of the AFL commentary that was a different story.

“There’ll be a lot less footy to be honest,” Zempilas said.

“Most of the footy now, it’s a real changing of the guard caused by COVID, will be called out of Melbourne.

“The Grand Final, actually, this weekend may be one of the last games where the commentators are interstate and actually at the venue.

“I think from next year on, almost all the football commentary will come out of Melbourne from a special sports hub.”

Surely then the next logical step is to have commentary bots? Couldn't do a worse job than the current crop of clowns.

Can we please get the Football away from Channel 7?

I still can’t get over people rejoicing over Seven getting the rights back over 9 & 10 back in the day.

A return to FNF delayed by Better Homes & Gardens, in SD, and [temporarily] cost us Fox Footy channel.

Yewwww!

7 flagged this when they made an announcement to the ASX in June on eve of the restart of the season, that they renegotiated the 2020-22 TV deal - cut the broadcast fees by $70m and said they would make $17m in production cost savings over these 3 years.

They announced they would cut Talking Footy on Monday night and Game Day on Sunday Morning and broadcast from a Melbourne central broadcasting station and only have a local boundary rider at all games.

They will still have callers at the MCG for the GF and other finals and I suspect they will send people interstate for those finals.
