he ran 3.01ive heard mixed reports from hurley, my decision would be based on his draft camp results. i heard he went under 3 seconds, then just over three seconds now im hearing he ran 3.11 which pretty much wont be good enough to play on most forwards nowadays.
if he did indeed run 3.11 then i really hope the club doesnt pick him up, would seem identical to mal imo, is a good disposer of the ball very strong, reads the play well but just simply cant keep up with 90% of the forwards in the game.
the focus in todays game on speed and how easy the rules are making it for forwards i just cant see a defender with that level of acceleration being able to compete with the best forwards.
he ran 3.01

Tom Hill for mine.I'd rather pick a project tall at 55 that is for sure
Can't imagine why we wouldn't bother to speak to our 1st rounder. The later picks I can understand but not one of the top draftees.I'd rather Hartlett over Ziebell. I would not worry whether we have spoken to him, as ant said last week, half our draftees do not get spoken to. Love Swift at 23, doubt it will happen though.
There are 1st round picks on our list that we did not speak to..
hahaYou know everything don't you
Another convert to the Jayden Post fan club.
For anyone who has seen Jayden Post play more than a couple of time, would it be a stretch to take Hartlett at 5 and then Post at 23??

It's interesting, Post at pick 23, he'd probably the best potential KPB available but i would have thought taking him at that pick would be a little stretch but it depends on what plan the recruiters take into the draft. I see him going somewhere between pick 27 to the Roos and the Blues pick 40. Seen him play a few times and he reads the play very very well. Very athletic and plays a very similar style to Jarrad Waite down back. Dynamic contested mark, took 55 in the TAC Cup competition, one thing i'm not to sure of is his one-on-one ability though. Haven't seen him enough to assess this but from how well he reads the play, would think he would be able to adapt pretty well.
Care to name them ?
You probably could have just clicked back and it would have still been there.
