LiGeo 18 months is interesting. Clearly wants to stay in the Tigers VFL system for now.

This year our VFL program was flying until Flight ACL grounded our entire midfield ...

This week's match on the MCG would have given the perfect opportunity for our VFL listed players to put their best foot forward except:
Mutaz is out for 2 months
Street for a year (must have nominated before his injury)
Austin Johnson for 21 days (except maybe if we drafted him it would come back to 12 lol)

May, George, Garner, Wilson all look very VFL, so that leaves Davidson with the ?

Davison can run ... better than anyone Coach Morris has ever seen for his height ... but what is his height? What would he be at the next level? A marking wing? Anyway he will get to give the GPS a belting on the MCG and maybe ....

I hope that we add players from outside the program this year ... new energy and new optimism is what this club needs after both sides where beaten by over 100 points on the weekend ... the thought that best available is already playing for the RFC is just downright depressing in these circumstances

190cm. Keen to see how he goes on the G this weekend.

Toby McLean, getting leather poisoning in the VAFA averaging better than 40p and 20cp for Old Ivanhoe after being delisted at the end of last season.

102 game premiership player from Bulldogs and U18 Morrish Medal winner. Fierce, fast Midfielder/Half Forward who is 28 for the remainder of the year.

Would help midfield now and if we are serious about having another run before Lynch retires could be very handy for the next two ... type of player a late pick in the MSD should be used on.

how about the kid from West coast.
Trade TT, hopper, baker, pickett and one more.

That would be a great deal.
Imagine having Harley Reid on your list, this kid is the complete package.

We are not winning a flag before Lynch retires....

You've gotta read our list position, a 28 year old VAFA level midfielder would be a terrible option as a bandaid.

since north are playing before us we can know if we'll have a chance of getting 1st pick in the mid season draft

we're most likely gonna get thumped by essendon but if it's a close game and we're not 18th, yze should implement a reverse pagan's paddock, so instead leaving the fwd line open, we leave the backline open with young as the sole defender

Not with that attitude we ain't

McLean averaged 30p, 1 goal and seven tackles per game in the VFL last year after returning from his ACL ... what he would bring is effort ... be handy to have a VAFA player come in and show up a few ... I mean inspire ... a few senior players on our list.

I'm not against us taking Davidson with our second or third pick. But I'd be taking him with the view of trying to utilise his speed and running capacity to turn him into a dangerous wingman.

Noah Howe, Toby McLean, Sam Davidson would be reasonable balance of experience, need, and potential. And would add both, marking and run
