Recommitted Nathan Broad [Re-signed until 2022]

The problem with discussing any trade value is that next year's planning is completely up in the air for everyone.
What will list sizes be? If they are reduced how many picks must be used in the draft?
Like everything else being different in 2020, so will usual "trade value".
Us Tiger fans seem to assume that we will grab Maurice Rioli Jnr with our last (third?) pick. He doesn't appear to be on any draft watchers radar at all, so any shitty pick should do.
We have a tall defender in our academy, but basically no reports on how he's progressed this year and no idea if he's actually in our planning or not.
So, given Rance is probably our only retiree and we have very few delisting candidates, chances are we only actually use 1 or 2 "live" picks. Other clubs probably similar, so could be everyone trying to trade out some picks this year for futures.

Tigers currently have picks 17, 31, 53. Maybe trade Broad to GC for pick 34, then trade 31 & 34 to Norf for pick 25 since they need to replace 8 or so of their 11 delistings?

We have pick 41 I'd say that's around his value after receiving a few norm smith votes (eyes rolled)

Simply put I'd say he's won his flags and is now after some money from his football career

I'd be a little worried about giving him a solid 3yr deal on ok money and going to a different club. Would he still play with the same vigour?

On road to the Draft, The Tigers' list management they are planning to take limited amount of picks. Might be just 2 picks.

Therefore, I think the Tigers will try to:
1. upgrade picks with Bid teams or as you say teams would might want more picks.
2. trade 2020 picks for 2021 picks

Got a feeling with reduced list sizes that the AFL will allow a minimum of 2 picks.

You can draft 2 players and maybe, get a DFA as the third.

Tigers have picks 19,32 and 55 plus what they get for Broad. No way they will use 4 picks.

I'd like to keep Markov. Especially if houli hangs them up.

Or traded; jack Higgins etc.

The houli injury sounds quite serious too
