The Dockers in late August confirmed Henry had requested to be traded in the upcoming AFL exchange period after playing 43 games in four seasons.

The Herald Sun on Sunday night reported St Kilda was keen to retain a strong 2023 draft hand and would initially offer up a future third-round pick for Henry to Fremantle, which will ask for at least a future second-rounder. Will play round one if his body is right and if he can stay fit he's going to have a very good career.

He is OOC hasn't played for 2 years and we finished below you on the ladder hence PSD is a genuine option making his value little to none

His the type of player north would take a punt in preseason draft though

I think our goal should just be to get a pick we can use. An early 3rd round pick maybe. Would be a win for us if we got a second round pick but can't see it happening.

I think he will end up being a bargain for the dogs now he's over his ACL and looks to be going into the pre season with no injuries.
