His 2020 season was awesome.

I compared him to a Hodge/Goddard type that could Marshall the troops and have a huge impact off half back.

Hope he gets his body right and makes a real go of it.

From a Saints POV; We will essentially cash in pick 8 for pick 3 from the same draft. Different players but, as much as we rate Coff, we can't complain with that outcome.

I can see why St Kilda have targeted pick 40 here, considering it won't get used in the open draft by the Dogs.

40 for Coffield and 55 is a win win I feel. Dogs only lose 200 draft points, Saints end up with 4 picks inside the top 40.

Yeah you'd think these type of trades get done with not too much haggling. We're not taking 40 to draft anyway so only care about total points
