NMFC Tattoos

Curious if anyone around here has gotten a North inspired tattoo at any point, and in what design! Not really a tattoo person myself but I reckon if I were to have one it'd be something NMFC related so curious to see what others have come up with.

Took me a minute to work out you were talking about your kids, and not fresh draftees, I'll be honest.

The kids are named "Wayne" and "Carey" so I do sort of cover both bases (footy and family).

A customised adaption that's kiiiiiiiind of along the lines of the one on the left.....

(In blue-black....have lotsa tattoos, and they're all in glorious prison blue-black. Thinking I must have done a long stretch in San Quentin in a previous life or something.)

Given it's personal significance, I've been meaning to add the Roosistence logo at some point, too. But space on my arms is starting to become seriously limited, and I'm not sure a Roosistence tramp stamp is my thing really.

Want to get Victoria Amat Curam (Victory Through Dedication) in script on my side/ribs. Maybe a small NMFC crest with the year of our next flag to go with it.

A mate of mine had the classic 90 's logo tattooed over his heart, I always thought that was pretty cool.

The way they have been playing lately tends to suggest the old "love & hate" knuckles might be a fitting tattoo.

Yes, I have one tattoo. Only. Got it in October 1999. Upper left arm:

The crown and the 99 were a bit fiddly, so we went without a crown and a clenched left fist instead of 99. No HS or Premiers, either.

I was thinking something like that, would seem like the logical place to get it, then got worried it might get buggered up if I needed to get heart surgery. Bizarre pattern of thought I know.

Footy tatts can have a tendency to lean towards the cheesy, but that sounds pretty cool to me. Although I could be biased.

Similar to the pics I posted, mine has 'NMFC' above the roo and stripes and 'Est. 1869' written below.

But as a nod to Wayne Carey, I left the 'Kangaroos' part out.

I've ruled out the chest. Unfortunately, in 40-something years I've never gotten around to actually having one.
