Gutsy win by my Detroit Lions!

Coincidentally, the two teams I follow in the AFL & NFL are both renowned for scoring heaps and conceding plenty against strong offensive teams.

The difference so far is the WB wouldn't have beaten a strong opponent like the Ravens, at least not the 2025 version of the WB.

While they haven't made the Super Bowl (Conference Final in each of the past two seasons), they certainly haven't been far off and if they continue to work on their biggest weakness (defence), they'll be hard to stop because their offence is extremely powerful.

Great NRL Grand Final. Hate to say it but it was way more exciting than the AFL one this year.

Reece Walsh is unlikeable but he had a stellar game. Unstoppable on the burst.

Agree. That's twice this finals series. He was sin-binned against the Raiders but still came back and won the game for Brisbane.

I get those conflicted Bailey Smith vibes from him, except this bloke is way more talented and unbelievably strong and quick.

Fancy the two biggest Brisbane clubs in Australian sport defeating the two most successful Australian sporting clubs of the past 20 years in Grand Finals. That city is rocking at the moment. And they have the Olympics in 2032.

It won't be long until Brisbane becomes the biggest city in Australia.

As a kiss fan in my younger days, I eventually saw through the blatant money grab by Eisen and Witz.

Frehley was the most musically talented, and the only one I still listened to occasionally. Had some good tutorials on youtube too, going into great detail about his guitar playing.

RIP Ace.

Certainly was, both have admitred as much over the years. Also surrounded themselves with talented musicians in multiple iterations to hide their own shortcomings.

On a brighter note, I cleaned up when I sold my memorabilia, only kept a couple of vinyls on request from one of my kids.
