Stupid rule changes last year just make the game harder to officiate and infuriating to watch.

Nfi what constitutes holding the ball anymore... all I can ascertain is that if you're a doggo you can still take on the tackle and drop it without penalty.

This new ruck rule looks to have made a huge difference for mine. Every stoppage so clean now and easier to follow. Bit of an early call as only just noticed in tonight's game I guess but really enjoying it actually.

I've never liked the Bulldogs. Even when they were everyone's "2nd favourite".

Admittedly, Brad Hardie has a lot to do with it. And the Liberatore/Romero era. And Luke Darcy. And Barry Hall.
