I've forgotten a ticket before, there's a membership kiosk set up outside the team store. You should be able to get a temporary ticket with your ID. That's if they don't sort it out for you by then.

What happens if someone is in your seats/ used your ticket already I'm not sure..

At work we do flexi-tipping, which means each round you distribute 100 points over whatever games you want, and win points based on the betting odds.
Means you don't have to put points on every game.
