SorryCan't you let me feel like a football genius for a minute?
imick has darlton playing a sustainable brnd of footy. doht think they have enough cattle yet, but they are on the right track.
Carlton are getting F'd in the A by the umpires tonight.
He had to change the way they were playing they were figured out, he had get the team to evolve, there is a reason even mick malthouse has changed his "signature" game style at Carlton (1 doesn't have the cattle and 2 its not effective in today's footy)
Id argue that what he is doing is better than sitting around and doing nothing hoping it would get better. Then again you could argue that LT is meant to be player driven, not forced upon a group.
Just playing devils advocate, im not necessarily for or against leading teams but i am very much of the belief that the biggest thing in footy is mindset/attitude.
If LT helps create a premiership winning mindset then go for it. Best thing bucks is doing atm is being proactive, of course if he is forcing it on the players then that could cause more harm

With respect so much of what you've said, which a lot of what has been said, is circular and/or self-fulfilling and assumes that Malthouse would not have evolved (which is unlikely given that the experience at Carlton already confirms that he has).
To look at it a different way, is there really a need to do any of this or are they doing this because they have screwed up what they had which makes it all "necessary"?
